User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate information when registering for services.
- Notify the trainer of any behavioural issues or health concerns regarding their dog.
- Adhere to all training guidelines and instructions provided by Level Up Dog Training.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required prior the time of service.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Liability Waiver
Clients must sign a liability waiver prior to the first training session, acknowledging the inherent risks involved in dog training. Level Up Dog Training is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during training sessions.
Health and Safety Requirements
- Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
- Clients must inform Level Up Dog Training of any known allergies or health issues pertaining to their dog.
Media Release
Clients grant Level Up Dog Training permission to use photographs and videos taken during training sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and website content.
Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to others. Aggressive behaviour from clients will not be tolerated.
Termination of Services
Level Up Dog Training reserves the right to terminate services at any time if these Terms of Service are violated.
Amendments to Terms
Level Up Dog Training may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Client Acknowledgment
By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
