INITIAL BEHAVIOUR ASSESSMENT

The initial behaviour consultation runs for 1-2 hours and is a deep dive into your dog’s unique needs and challenges.

During this comprehensive session, we will observe your dog in their environment, discuss your concerns, and evaluate their behaviour patterns. We focus on understanding the root causes of issues such as anxiety, aggression, or destructive habits, ensuring that we address the underlying problems rather than just the symptoms. We’ll set realistic goals and develop a customised training strategy that fits your lifestyle. We will give you honest and practical advice, empowering you to implement effective solutions.

Behaviour problems can never be fixed in one session, although we can provide you with useful methods to work on your issues; we will recommend training plans and package deals for you during the session.

PRIVATE LESSON

Our private lessons run for 1 hour and are designed to provide personalised attention to meet your needs. Whether you’re a first-time dog owner wanting to learn about the basics of dog training, looking to refine your dog's skills to a more advanced obedience level, or your dog is struggling with other behavioural challenges, we will work with you to implement strategies that create lasting change.
Training is a partnership between you and your dog. We guide you through every step of the process, teaching you how to communicate effectively, reinforce behaviours at home, and ensure that you feel confident in your training approach.

PUPPY TRAINING
$160 one session
$130 package deal 6 sessions
Our puppy training runs for 1 hour and is designed to provide a comprehensive and supportive training experience for puppies and their owners. It is never too early to start training a dog. In fact, it is crucial to take your pup out and explore the world in the first 16 weeks of its life.
We focus on establishing a solid foundation through environmental conditioning, desensitisation, and habituation to build confidence. In a fun and engaging environment, we teach the basic commands of obedience for good behaviour that will last a lifetime.
We teach your puppy “to learn how to learn” by showing that they can control situations through their behaviour and can earn rewards. This approach not only builds trust between you and your puppy but also fosters a love for learning.

We recommend booking the package deal of 6 sessions, which includes guidance around the house, toilet training, addressing typical puppy behaviours, foundations for basic obedience, leash walking, appropriate toys and play, owner handling skills, information about nutrition, and more.

Age 8 weeks to 6 months
BOARD & TRAIN
$150 per day
Our boarding and training programme combines the benefits of professional training with a safe and nurturing environment. This programme is designed for pet owners who want their dogs to receive intensive training while being cared for in a structured setting. The combination of training and socialisation helps improve overall behaviour and adaptability.

This service requires a handover session after completing the programme.

For the initial stay, a minimum duration of 2 weeks is essential; returning clients can book a shorter period of time. We are happy to discuss a shorter initial boarding period on a case-by-case basis.

For puppies who are not toilet trained and can't sleep through the night or are excessively whining, additional charges apply on a case-by-case basis.

SOLO WALK & TRAIN
$80
At our solo walk and train service, we pick up your dog from home and take them for a 1hour walk, tailored to your dog's needs.
During the walk we are either teaching basic to advanced obedience commands like sit, stay, come, and heel, lose lead walking etc., addressing specific behavioural issues, or simply having some fun and playtime with your pup.
This service is designed to promote the well-being and training of dogs while providing peace of mind for owners, whilst at work. We will take short videos to explain what we were working on and how your dog is progressing.

This service requires an initial private lesson with the owner to show training methods we use so the owner can apply the same methods.
​
This service includes pick up and drop off.
GROUP WALK, TRAIN & SOCIALISE

On our group walking and training service, we pick up your dog from home and take them for a 1-hour walk at a park or beach. During the walk, your dog will learn social skills, how to greet other dogs in a polite way and playing gently. Furthermore we work essential obedience skills like the recall, and sitting and staying until released. We support shy pups in becoming more confident, and helping boisterous pups to have more self control.

Our group walks are suitable for dogs of all sizes who are friendly with other dogs. We can integrate dogs who are too exuberant into the group and teach them improved manners, but dogs with aggression are not suitable for this service.
We will take short videos so your pup can show you what they been up to during their walk.
This service includes pick up and drop off.
